Tywanda (Ty) was born in Wilson, North Carolina. She came to know Jesus at the age of six. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Barton College. She loves early-morning prayer and sharing her faith with unbelievers in hopes that they will follow Jesus. She also finds great joy in encouraging women in the faith. She enjoys singing, attending Gospel concerts, cooking healthy meals, listening to worship songs, reading inspirational books, and watching hummingbirds feed.
